As I have said before in my main blog ExploringHealth, I am just a layperson driven by my passion to maintain a healthy and active body till the day I leave this world; therefore, I want to explore the causes of diseases and treatments; prevention is better than cure and, I am willing to learn from people who know about health and diseases, so that I can keep healthy.
